Over 20 local artist have joined Fired on the Mountain, something new all the time.

Fired on the Mountain owned and operated by two local women

Diane and Annette have lived and worked in the area for many years as friends and partners: in breeding golden retrievers, gardening and starting a book club. They came upon the opportunity to purchase the paint your own pottery business and created a local artisans gallery. Using their creative energy, customer service background and love of this north country community they have made FOTM a wonderful place for all.
Annette has owned and operated small businesses for 15 years, taught stoneware pottery classes over the past 5 years and looks forward to teaching handbuilding/throwing at the studio. Diane has been a business owner and managed a variety of small businesses  for many years, she now gardens professionally and finds her creative outlet in growing flowers and cooking home grown dishes.
The mission of our studio is to provide a fun creative atmosphere for locals and tourists. In addition to the paint your own pottery a family friendly activity, we are providing space for artists to teach classes in many different mediums, as well as display and sell their work in our gallery/gift store. We hope you will all love this space as much as we do”.
