T'ai chi by classes month by month - start back up, April 1st
Are you interested in improving your balance, reducing stress, enhancing your mind, body and spiritual well-being? Join me in the "energy room" my granddaughter calls it the "rainbow room".
Friday and/or Monday mornings 9:00am - 9:45am Space is limited, sign up early, please preregister.
$60 for month one per week or $100 month all classes. $17 drop in.
