Are you interested in improving your balance, reducing stress, enhancing your mind, body and spiritual well-being? Join me in the "energy room" my granddaughter calls it the "rainbow room".
Friday mornings 9:00am - 9:45am. Space is limited, sign up early, pre-register required.
$60 for one month, or $100 a month all classes when running 2 classes a week. $17 drop in.

Rent this room to teach a yoga class, a paint group, knitting/crochet group, etc. Folding tables and chairs available for setup.
$20 up to 2 hours. $10 each additional hour
