Are you interested in improving your balance, reducing stress, enhancing your mind, body and spiritual wellbeing? Join me in the "energy room" my granddaughter calls it the "rainbow room".
Friday mornings 8:30 - 9:15. Space is limited, please preregister.
$60 for month
If space is available, one day class $17.
wear comfortable clothing, bring clean shoes.

Rent this room to teach a yoga class, a paint group, knitting/crochet group, etc. Folding tables and chairs available for setup.
