Live a Little Fitness and Fired on the Mountain are teaming up once again this summer to bring our community an Art and Yoga enrichment program where kids can create, move, play and develop life long coping skills!

During this week you get to have art in many forms of fun.
We will build from clay and paint on bisque pottery that will be glazed and fired. Acrylic canvas and learning watercolor techniques as well as some surprises are part of the adventure.
After walking to gazebo for snack-time the Kids will let loose and PLAY in our Beam play zone area then practice Yoga.
We will learn different Yoga poses that will help build balance, strength and
cultivate self awareness and of course PLAY Yoga games!!!
Through our Yoga practice we will talk about bullying, bravery and self-esteem.

We will start our day creating art at Fired on the Mountain. Then around 10:30/11 walk on over to Live a Little Yoga Studio. There everyone can eat their snacks outside near the gazebo. Then start our daily Yoga practice and Beam Play.
